In order to relax the mind and body after a tiresome, we all sleep. Not just our body, our skin also needs relaxation. Thus, our beauty sleep is important. If we do not take adequate sleep, we develop wrinkles, fine lines, dark circles, etc.
1. Sleep on your back
Sleeping on the sides or on the stomach lays pressure on your face. It leads to fine lines on your face. Thus, one must sleep on the back instead of the stomach
2. Change your pillow cover
The pillow cover of your pillow might be the reason why you have wrinkles on your face. Use silk cover instead of cotton. This reduces the friction between the face and the pillows. This prevents the wrinkles on the face
3. Apply eye cream or serum
Applying night cream or an eye cream helps to moisturise the face. Thus, apply serum or eye cream on your face before going to bed. Massage the cream gently.
4. Avoid having an air conditioner in front of the face
Avoid sleeping right in front of the air conditioner or fan directly. It snatches away the natural moisture of your skin and makes it dehydrated. As a result, you get wrinkles on the face.
5. Don't drink alcohol
Don't consume alcohol right before sleeping at night. It makes your face look swollen. This is because the excess fluid gets accumulated around the face. This also causes wrinkles on the face.
